It is our pleasure to offer you a few culinary inspirations in our kitchen, where you will find some ingredients for next day  breakfast. We offer a choice of many different types of herbal teas, coffee, spices as well as regional cooking salts, should you wish to indulge yourselves to some real home cooking.

Each house has lots of books, board games, DVDs for your free time and trekking maps to plan your mountain excursions.

House Information

Pool Usage

Some villas do have private pools. Please be present with your kids at all times when using this facility. No Diving Is Allowed! Use with your own responsibility.

WiFi

There is free internet in every house.  Once you log into our splash page you should have unlimited free internet. If you encounter any issues please contact us. 

Kitchen 

In every  house  have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your meal preparation.

In some villas the stove is electronic. You first unlock by pressing the lock. Then choose the ring you want to activate and using the - + signs set the power.

Hot water

Hot water is operated by the switches on the main electrical switchboards. In Villa Selini there are 2 diferent water heaters, one for the kitchen and lower level and one for the upper level bathroom. In Stone House and Villa 2 Cypresses hot water is instant.  On other villas usualy the hot water switch is located on the electrical switchboard. One of our staff  will show you how to operate the  hot water switch.

BBQ

There is a BBQ on the terrace for your use. Charcoal is available at any petrol station or the utility store in the nearby villages.

Stone oven

Some villas do have a stone oven. Feel free to use the stone oven. If you don’t know how to operate it, please ask us . We are here to assist you. ;-)

Quiet hours in Greece

As a reminder, quiet hours in Greece “siesta time” are generally observed between the hours 3pm and 6pm, and after 11.00pm at night. It is essential for us that everyone remains happy and calm during their holidays at Pelion Homes

Tap water

Tap water in Pelion is drinkable, coming from the spings of Pelion. Enjoy its freshness!

Herbal garden​

In most villas there is a herbal garden with organic vegetables Feel free to pick anything you wish and enjoy pure, organic vegetables! There is a basket and scissors for your use. 

Washing machine

In every  house  have a washing machine. Feel free to use  the washing machine, it is located in the pantry downstairs. We provide some washing liquid and softener. 

Note: In some villas there is top load access to the washing machine. Please make sure that you secure the inner drum before operating the machine. 

Coffee machine 

Every villa is equipped with a Nespresso machine for your coffee. We offer 10 complimentary capsules. For additional ones we can provide you. Box containes 10 capsules at a  costs of €10.

Rubbish

We do not have rubbish collection service. There is a green bin outside the villa for your easy of use. Then please throw at municipality bins on the main road. 

Recycling

We encourage recycling, to protect the environment: Green disposal bin is outside the villa for regular garbage. Blue disposal bin to recycle paper, glass and tins. (blue bags available in the house). In Greece there is mixed recycling system, where glass, paper and aluminium are all mixed. 

Do not dispose toilet paper in the toilet

As a courtesy we kindly request that you do not dispose toilet paper or sanitary products in the toilet, use the small bin provided. Our property uses a septic system and it could easily get blocked.
