House Information

Pool Usage

Some of our villas include a private pool for your enjoyment. If you're staying in one of them, please use the pool responsibly and always supervise children when in or around the water.

No diving is allowed. Use of the pool is at your own risk.

WiFi

All our villas offer free internet access. The Wi-Fi password is pelionhomes in every house—except for Villa Jasmine, where you’ll find the password on the router.

Kitchen 

Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals comfortably.

In some houses, the stove is electronic. To use it, first unlock the control panel by pressing the lock symbol. Then select the cooking ring and adjust the heat using the + and – buttons.

For an even more effortless experience, you can request one of our add-on packages:

Hot water

Hot water is available throughout the day thanks to an automatic heating system that runs at regular intervals. If you ever find the water isn’t warm, don’t worry—one of our team members will show you how to manually turn on the heater if needed. And of course, if you have any issues, just let us know—we’re here to help.

BBQ

A barbecue is available on your terrace for you to enjoy. Feel free to use it during your stay. Charcoal can be easily found at local petrol stations or nearby village utility stores.

Stone oven

Some villas are equipped with a traditional stone oven—feel free to use it during your stay! If you're unsure how it works, just let us know. We’re happy to guide you.

Quiet hours in Greece

In Greece, traditional quiet hours—also known as siesta time—are generally observed between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and after 11:00 PM at night.

Out of respect for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times. Maintaining a peaceful environment helps ensure everyone enjoys a calm and restful holiday at Pelion Homes.

Tap water

Tap water in Pelion is not only safe to drink—it’s some of the purest and most refreshing in the region. Sourced directly from the mountain springs of Pelion, the water is naturally filtered and rich in minerals.

We encourage you to enjoy it straight from the tap—cool, clean, and full of life. There's no need to buy bottled water during your stay.

Herbal garden​

Many of our villas have their own herbal or vegetable gardens, lovingly cared for and grown organically. You're welcome to explore and pick whatever you’d like—fresh herbs, seasonal greens, or a ripe tomato still warm from the sun.

You'll find a basket and scissors provided to make harvesting easy. Enjoy the pleasure of gathering your own food—pure, simple, and straight from the earth.

Washing machine

Each villa is equipped with a washing machine, usually located in the downstairs pantry. Feel free to use it during your stay—we’ve provided some washing liquid and softener for your convenience.

Please note: in some villas, the machine is top-loading. If so, make sure to securely fasten the inner drum before starting a wash cycle. If you need assistance, we're happy to help.

Coffee machine 

Every villa is equipped with a Nespresso machine for your daily coffee moments. We provide 10 complimentary capsules to get you started.

If you’d like more, we’re happy to provide additional boxes—each contains 10 capsules and costs €10.

Rubbish

There is no daily rubbish collection service at the villas, but we’ve placed a green bin outside each house for your convenience. Our cleaner will pass by every couple of days to collect and dispose of the rubbish. If needed, you’re also welcome to use the municipal bins located along the main road.

Recycling

We care deeply about protecting the natural beauty of Pelion, and we encourage all guests to recycle during their stay.

You'll find a green bin outside the villa for general waste, and a blue bin for recyclables. In Greece, recycling is mixed—paper, glass, and aluminium all go into the same blue bin. Blue recycling bags are provided in the house for your convenience.

Do not dispose toilet paper in the toilet

As with many traditional homes in Greece, our villas use a septic system, which can easily become blocked. We kindly ask that you do not flush toilet paper or sanitary products. Instead, please use the small bin provided in each bathroom.
