Hidden Supper Pelion is a small farm-to-table pop-up held on a handful of evenings throughout August. Hidden among the mountains above Agios Georgios Nilias, it brings people together around one communal table to share seasonal food, meaningful conversation, and beautiful sunset views over the Pagasitikos Gulf.

This summer, Hidden Supper takes place in two different forms, each offering its own unique menu and atmosphere while celebrating the same values of seasonal food, local ingredients, and shared connection.

Virginia’s Farm-to-Table Dinner

Prepared by Chef Virginia, this five-course vegetarian and vegan dinner celebrates the flavours of Pelion through seasonal dishes made with produce from our organic garden and carefully selected local ingredients. Thoughtful, creative, and rooted in the seasons, it’s an evening designed to be savoured slowly.

Farm Pizza Night by Bart & Donya

A relaxed evening centred around handmade food and shared tables. Enjoy a seasonal starter, fresh garden salad, wood-fired pizzas made from fresh dough, and a homemade dessert, all prepared using ingredients from our garden and local producers. Perfect for families, friends, and anyone who enjoys simple food made well.

A Shared Experience

Both evenings begin before sunset with a homemade welcome drink and are enjoyed around communal wooden tables overlooking the village, the surrounding mountains, and the gulf. Places are limited, and every meal is prepared especially for the guests joining that evening, so advance booking is essential.
