Meet The Team

Stathis 

Stathis is an architect, community builder, and the visionary soul behind Pelion Homes Collective — where nature, hospitality, and human connection come together in the mountains of Pelion, Greece. 

After fifteen years in architecture, he followed a deeper calling to create a way of life rooted in simplicity, beauty, and care for the land. What began as a few houses has grown into a vibrant community of villas, a retreat centre, a permaculture farm, and people united by a love for conscious living.

Blending design with his passions for cooking, gardening, yoga, and storytelling, Stathis curates experiences that nourish both body and soul. Guided by warmth and purpose, he continues to shape Pelion Homes Collective as a living example of sustainable rural life — a place to slow down, reconnect, and feel truly at home.

Virginia

Virginia (Pachamama) is a multi-talented soul who brings beauty and creativity into everything she touches. As a supportive yoga teacher, a thoughtful workshop facilitator, and an incredible cook, she guides people with warmth and imagination, always making space for connection and growth.
Her love of food and art shines through in the way she brings people together—whether around a shared meal, in a class, or through a creative project. With her gentle heart and joyful presence, Virginia has a gift for making those around her feel inspired, cared for, and completely at ease.

Asimina

Asimina is the steady heart of Pelion Homes’ operations, guiding the project with care and precision as its CFO. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure that everything runs smoothly, but it’s her kindness and warmth that leave the strongest impression on those who meet her. With a deep love for both people and the earth, she brings balance and integrity into every part of the work she touches.
Outside of her role, Asimina’s joy shines through in the simple things—dancing, listening to music, and finding beauty in the everyday. Her gentle spirit and creative eye remind those around her that life is richer when lived with rhythm, presence, and appreciation.

Efsevios

Efsevios is the Retreat Space Manager at Pelion Homes and the friendly face who makes every guest feel at ease. With a natural gift for connecting with people and a background rooted in hospitality, he ensures the retreat centre flows with warmth, care, and attention. As a massage therapist and nutrition expert, he brings holistic knowledge to the experiences offered here, always with the intention of supporting wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.
Deeply connected to both people and the land, Efsevios is always ready to help, answer questions, or share the beauty of Pelion with those who visit. His openness, generosity, and curiosity make him not just a guide, but a true companion on the journey.

Mirka

Mirka is the creative voice behind Pelion Homes. As our Content & Communications Manager, she shapes how we share our story with the world—bringing depth, beauty, and authenticity to everything she creates.
A yoga teacher, actress, and singer, Mirka embodies expression in all its forms. Even from afar, she channels the spirit of Pelion Homes through her words, visuals, and presence—reminding us that creativity and connection have no boundaries. Her artistic flair and heartfelt energy infuse our community with inspiration, helping our brand grow with soul and intention.

Eleni

Eleni first arrived at Pelion Homes as a volunteer, and it quickly became clear that she belonged here. With her hands in the soil and her heart tuned to the rhythms of nature, she now cares for our permaculture farm and gardens with deep respect and devotion.
She shares her knowledge through guided tours, inviting guests to connect with the land and discover the beauty of natural growing. Managing our volunteers and working closely with the kitchen, Eleni helps bring the true meaning of farm-to-table to life, nurturing both the earth and the people it feeds.

Eleftheria & Abedin

Eleftheria and Abedin are the heart behind the houses at Pelion Homes. They care for the villas with dedication, ensuring every space is clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests. Always available and quick to find solutions, their practical skills are matched only by their kindness and commitment to the team.
Together, they embody the spirit of quiet care that runs through Pelion Homes—working often behind the scenes, but always with a deep love for the project and the people who are part of it.

Hera, Mimous, Atma & Lefteris

Atma and Lefteris are the four-legged souls of Pelion Homes. Always running, playing, and ready for a forest walk, they share unconditional love and laughter with everyone they meet. With tails wagging and hearts open, they remind us daily of the simple joys of presence, companionship, and a good treat.
Hera and Mimous, our feline companions, bring their own quiet magic to the mix. Graceful, curious, and endlessly independent, they watch over the land with knowing eyes and soft paws.
